Boundaries make clear what IS and IS NOT acceptable behavior. Once that is clear, you can easily recognize when a boundary has been crossed.
A few weeks ago, I was scheduled to visit with someone I haven’t seen in over a year. I was sort of looking forward to it, but not overly excited. Then my body did something really powerful.
