Getting Grounded

How do you get grounded?

I have a daily meditation practice that helps me ground and find balance.
Taking time to meditate and get grounded gets me centered and allows me to focus on my priorities for the rest of the day.
Meditating allows me to balance my sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, alleviates stress, reduce anxiety and depression, and just plain makes me happy.
Other ways I get grounded?
🌬 balanced breathing
🌊 head to the ocean
🌲 walk in the forest
💆🏻‍♀️ get a massage
🐶 pet a furry friend
👩‍❤️‍👩 heart to heart conversation with a dear friend
