As I stepped back from the altar, I joined with hundreds of thousands of other Shamans, Lightworkers, and healers from all around the world, and we began to weave an energetic web of healing energy.
Boundaries make clear what IS and IS NOT acceptable behavior. Once that is clear, you can easily recognize when a boundary has been crossed.
It can be debilitating. It can make you feel like you’re losing your mind. It can feel like you can’t hold your atoms together any longer and you’re about to burst into 10 billion pieces and just evaporate.
A few weeks ago, I was scheduled to visit with someone I haven’t seen in over a year. I was sort of looking forward to it, but not overly excited. Then my body did something really powerful.
Meditating allows me to balance my sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, alleviates stress, reduce anxiety and depression, and just plain makes me happy.
