Boundaries make clear what IS and IS NOT acceptable behavior. Once that is clear, you can easily recognize when a boundary has been crossed.
A few weeks ago, I was scheduled to visit with someone I haven’t seen in over a year. I was sort of looking forward to it, but not overly excited. Then my body did something really powerful.
Every year, when most people are choosing their New Year’s Resolutions, I do something a little bit different… I set a theme for the year. My theme for 2019, which I set at the beginning of the year, is GIVE, GROW, GROUND … and, boy, let me tell you… this year has been full of ALL OF THAT!
